Families will love exploring the marvellous adventure trail that boarders the development. To the south of Kingswells you’ll find the picturesque Den Burn that’s home to a variety of wildlife. Just outside of the village there are livery stables that are ideal for horse riding enthusiasts, and a range of golf courses.

In the town of Kingswells there are all the amenities you’d expect to find in a well-established village. Just a short distance from your home there is a medical centre, local pubs, cafes, local shops, the popular Four Mile restaurant and bar and a choice of supermarkets within a 5 minute drive of the development. There’s also a community centre and a town hall which help the village to retain its sense of community.

Jump on one of the many buses that serve the area or take a short drive into Aberdeen to soak up the city’s vibrant atmosphere, browse the excellent selection of shops or socialise at one of the many bars and restaurants in the area. There is also a wide variety of theatres, leisure centres, museums, shopping centres and sports facilities to enjoy in the city.

Kingswells has a fantastic village nursery and primary school just a short distance from the development. Bucksburn Academy, situated just a 10 minute drive from Kingswells, serves secondary school pupils from the area.

You’ll enjoy excellent access to the A90; the main route to major cities such as Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Den View is minutes from the west-end of Aberdeen and a 20 minute drive from the centre of the city. It's also only 10 minutes to Aberdeen Airport.
