Property Response 24 (PR24) is the ‘Out of Hours Emergency Assistance’ Helpline.

The Service Covers the following:

• Plumbing issues – burst or leaking pipes/radiators
• Electricity supply failure
• Blockages in toilet waste pipes in the property
• Security – doors and windows
