For Suzanne Crutchley, it was a chance visit to Palladian Gardens that swayed her to move from one Stewart Milne development to another.
Suzanne and her husband Peter were shopping in Hooton when they decided to visit the Palladian Gardens development out of interest. When Suzanne was offered a part exchange to move from one Stewart Milne home to another, the couple decided to take the opportunity.
Suzanne, who has worked for the NHS for more than 30 years, explained: “We had lived in our home on the Highgrove development for eight years and loved it. We weren’t looking to move house when we visited Palladian Gardens, but after chatting to Rose Rolls the sales consultant on site who offered us a part exchange, we couldn’t resist the opportunity.
We were already so happy with our Stewart Milne home and the experience we had the first time around which was so easy, we were confident that we would be very happy moving to Palladian Gardens.
The professional finish of all the homes and the landscaping of the development makes it an incredibly picturesque place to live.”
Suzanne and Peter opted for the four-bedroom Hollandswood home, as they loved the location of the home within the development, which has views of open green fields.
She added: “Palladian Gardens has lots of open space and our home has beautiful views of farmland and oak trees out of the back of the house, we overlook idyllic green gardens to the front and side. The amount of nature on the development really sealed the deal for our move.
We are also in a great location for commuting to Liverpool and Chester which are both just a 25-minute drive away, or a short local train journey and for visiting friends and family on the Wirral, so we still feel close to the countryside.
The house itself has been finished to a very high standard, with modern appliances in the kitchen, complete with a bar area and a snug. Both the master and guest bedroom have en-suite bathrooms, which is perfect for when we have guests over.
“I have even turned one of the bedrooms into an office, so I have plenty of space to comfortably work from home.”
Suzanne and Peter are happily settled in their new Stewart Milne home, and look forward to the development being completed.
