Stewart Milne Homes named North West Housebuilder of the Year
| Stewart Milne Homes North West has been awarded the accolade of Housebuilder of the Year at the North West Residential Property Awards 2018. The housebuilder which has 10 developments across the North West region, was recognised by judges for its record sales growth over the last 12 months and its exceptional levels of customer service. Stewart Milne Homes was also highly commended for its commitment to giving back to the communities in which it operates. The company which has reported double growth and £60million worth of sales in the last year, fought off competition from a shortlist which included Redrow Homes, PJ Livesey and Story Homes. The annual North West Residential Property Awards recognise property professionals and companies who are driving forward growth and investment in the North West’s Residential property sector. The housebuilder plans to create 2,000 new homes in the North West over the next five years. It is already eyeing an 11% growth to over 300 units next financial year and has reported more than £20million of forward sales reserved beyond the next quarter.
