We enjoy the peace and quiet of Bayley Croft.

“Our plot is tucked away, and we’re surrounded by countryside.”

We’re happy in our small, spacious development. The houses aren’t close together, so it’s nice and private, and it’s lovely having a lot of green space in the area to enjoy. When the attenuation area opens up, that will be a really nice feature that we’ll be able to walk to from our house. The location is handy for Nantwich and the town shops, and it’s convenient to be able to get the train for work. It’s far enough away so we don’t hear the noise of it, but it’s still handy to get to.

I’d definitely recommend Stewart Milne Homes…
…. because of the process from beginning to end, and the updates from Michelle. From the build quality to the responsiveness of the staff, the whole thing has been great.

There is a good amount of space between the different houses, so we aren’t on top of each other, and the roads are laid out with pavements either side, so you don’t feel too close to the road either. Situated on the outskirts of Nantwich it’s quiet, and it’s a great place for walking. Being mid-way between Manchester and Birmingham, it’s perfect for our commute as my partner and I travel in opposite directions.

Paul in sales was brilliant throughout. There was always someone I could get in touch with to ask questions and he was a good point of contact whenever I needed someone to talk to. They’ve also made the effort to make sure the snagging, which was minor, was rectified in a timely manner. I feel very happy and like I’ve been very well looked after.

… because of the style of the houses and Paul was really exceptional. We looked at four different new builds and this was the most impressive in terms of style, layout, and the price you pay. This is the best value all round.

From Sales, to the Site Manager, to the Aftersales care, it’s all been very smooth. Paul was the person I dealt with most. He was really good and positive, and just a great person. When I called him on my day off, he returned my call. He was so personable, I felt like I made a friend.

When you drive onto the estate, it’s well presented. The homes are laid out in a way that makes living here feel private because you’re not overlooked, and it’s quiet. There are plans for a couple of little ponds and a play area, which will be nice for everyone. I also enjoy the friendly community here.

Situated in the nice, little village of Willaston, we’re not far from anything. The town centre is quite close. Just around the corner we have local shops, a chemist, a hairdresser, and a doctor. A larger supermarket is just a five-minute drive away, along with the vets.

…because the experience in itself was just excellent, from the day that I reserved the property to the day that I moved in.
