When I spoke to my sales consultant, Alison, she explained everything about the house and the estate, and since I’ve moved in, I’ve enjoyed living here. It’s a good-looking estate with a mixture of green areas. The houses have a good quality finish and are nicely spaced out. It’s also spacious with the addition of driveways and sizeable back gardens, especially compared to other new build estates I’ve seen.

It’s a great location.
I’m living beside a nice golf course, and it’s convenient to have local shops, a gym and schools nearby. We have access to doctors and dentists, and there’s good public transport with the development situated on a main bus route. Dundee is only a ten-minute journey away.

I’d definitely recommend Stewart Milne Homes…
…because of their great customer service, their ability to fix things quickly, the quality of the houses, and how good the estate looks so far.

Being close by Dundee city centre and Broughty Ferry town centre, we’re near takeaways and a lot of shops.
It’s also a plus to have so many places to walk our dog in this day and age. In one direction we have a beach and country walks, and the other way we have a golf course. Geographically it’s simple to get here, so when my family travels up from the south it will be easy for them to visit.

All the carpets were in place, along with the white goods and lighting. I just came in with my furniture and I was all settled by teatime. Looking at the development, I love that all the houses are different, rather than having rows and rows of the same thing. I’m also looking forward to the lovely, landscaped area they will be adding in front of my house in the future.

I didn’t have a single issue with my last house. If anything came up it was fixed instantly. The service and process from purchasing to snagging was excellent. I’m happy to say my experience on Ballumbie Rise has been exactly the same.
