As you enter the estate, the feeling you get is that it’s not cramped. It’s appealing to look at, and with the way it’s been laid out no one is on top of each other. The town is conveniently in walking distance and has everything I need on a day to day basis; the local area is lovely. It’s very well situated for Perth, Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh too.

We didn’t have any concerns and when we came in Aileen in the sales office was extremely good. We could come back as many times as we wanted to and we discovered the village was a beautiful place. There’s a good school here, with good shops and it’s convenient with the supermarkets in Perth. You can have anything you need in under twenty minutes.

We’re also not far from Gleneagles and it’s easy travelling to both Glasgow and Edinburgh. It’s about an hour to each because we’re right in the middle and the driving is great because it’s motorway both ways. There’s beautiful scenery around us with rolling hills and people call it the “gateway to the Highlands.” I’ve had a couple of holidays up there and it’s absolutely stunning because it’s untouched and natural, so we’ll likely visit there again as it’s so close.
