  The unique design of the house really appealed. It's also perfect for our family's needs. The quality of the house is very good too; it's of a high standard.

  Morningside Gardens is the ideal size...
  With two young daughters, our house at Morningside Gardens is the ideal size for us. It's detached, so we have much more space than before. The site staff were very helpful, even down to things like minor items on our snagging list, which I could have fixed myself. They said that they would come and do it for me; and they did. They were really most helpful with any concerns we had.

  Mill Green - the luxury of space...
  We really like the luxury of space. We lived in a one-bed flat in the city before. All of a sudden, we have three bedrooms and a loft. We've also got a big green right in front of us. It's a wonderful place to raise a family. Everything's geared up towards our baby. That's why we enjoy it, because it provides for her.

  A light and spacious living space...
  After seeing my friend's house, I visited the show home and really liked it, so much so I've gone for the same design. It's nice and light and has a big living space. I was living in a two-bed flat before, so to go from that to a three-bedroom house with a garden is great. My daughter plays outside all the time now.

  A lot of thought's been put into the design...
  The design is really good. It suits our needs so well. I think they've utilized the space really cleverly; it's really well thought out. All the rooms are nice and large. The house is bright and airy. I especially like the kitchen and the appliances. I chose the same kitchen as the one in the show home, because you can tell that someone's really thought about it. Someone's taken a lot of time to think about what sanitary ware will suit the house. It really helps make a house a home.

  We'd bought off plan...
  We're really pleased with what we've got for our money. We especially like the fact that the house is split level. We'd bought off plan and it was only when walking in for the first time that we really got a sense of what it's like. We were actually even more impressed with what we've got after we moved in. We've got a house for the future. It's got four bedrooms; it's a place for having kids. We're looking forward to growing into it.

  Good for families...
  It's a nice area in which to raise a family. The area is quiet and Wallace Gardens is in a nice part of the city. I really like the development, especially the layout. The neighbours and everyone who lives nearby seem really friendly as well. It's a nice community, basically
