  You get a lot of space for your money...
  We've got a semi-detached, three-bedroom house. We really like the size and shape of it. The rooms are cosy and it's got a nice dining room. It's also got a good-sized garden, which, with two small children, was important. We didn't have a garden with our old house, so that was a priority for us. It's so nice being able to relax out there, watching the kids play on the trampoline.

  We chose our house in particular because we very much like the layout of the property, especially the kitchen and the flow from the kitchen into the garden. The space is very flexible and can be used in many ways.

  The house itself is perfect for us; we don’t have a family yet but we could be looking to start one in the future, and we couldn’t ask for anything more. We have so much more space than we had before. I have a lovely kitchen and we were able to incorporate a dining area as the utility room provides some excellent extra storage space. We also love having the outside space and we are really enjoying how quiet it is here.

  Mill Green is just perfect for our needs…
  We just love the house. The quality is excellent. It’s been finished to a really high standard and just has a lovely feel to it. We’ve got loads of space, both downstairs and up, especially in the bedrooms, which you don’t always expect. And we’ve got a nice little garden as well. It’s perfect for bringing up a new baby.

  We’d been renting; so when it came to moving we had to be ready at the end of a particular month…
  Of course purchase price was a significant factor in our choosing our home; but the location was just as important too. Where we are we look over fields at the back of the property and we love seeing the horses out there every morning. We wanted a south-facing garden, and didn’t want to be overlooked; we got our wish-list at St Mary’s.
