Jitender and his family moved into the three bedroom semi-detached home from Stewart Milne Homes and they have never failed to be impressed by the surrounding scenery.
The new community is ideally located in Kingswells and it was the only choice for Jitender and wife Smriti when they made the decision to buy their own home.
Jitender said: “We had been renting a home in Westhill so we knew the area well and we knew that we wanted to move to Den View. We regularly used to drive past the development and felt it was ideal as it is so close to the city and also to work.
“We also wanted to be in a rural location and there are woods nearby where we enjoy going for family walks in the great outdoors.”
Den View - which features a range of two, three and four bedroom homes - has also proved perfect for the couple’s sons – Shashwat (9) and three-year-old Shriyan.
Jitender added: “It was very important that our new home was right for our sons and we wanted to be part of a vibrant community.
“There is a great school nearby and my eldest son can walk by himself in 15 minutes. By luck one of Shashwat’s friends from his old school also moved to Den View and are now our new neighbours so the boys are enjoying playing together."
“The boys also go to local football training and there is so much to do right on our doorstep.”
The family are now happily settled into their new home which has exceeded their expectations.
Jitender added: “We knew the home that we wanted and we were able to reserve at an early stage and were very impressed with the Stewart Milne team who were well organised and made the whole process simple and stress free.
“We were able to select our preferred location with lots of open space around the property and it also allowed us to personalise it to our own taste from picking our kitchen through to the bathroom tiles and flooring.”
