With a toddler in toe and a new baby due in spring, one delighted Manchester couple opted for a hassle-free move to a new Stewart Milne home in Monton.

Podiatrist Lindsay Jones, 31, and her lawyer husband Justin recently became the first people to move to Chorlton Fold with their two-year-old son Alfie.

They part-exchanged their former home in Warrington to make a swift and stress-free move to Monton to be closer to family.

Lindsay, who is expecting their second child in May, said: "We wanted to move before Alfie started school and before the new baby is due so part-exchange was the perfect choice for us.
