Directions from Montrose:
Travelling south from Montrose on the A92, travel 11 miles and just before entering Arbroath turn left into the development clearly marked on the side of the A92.

Directions from Arbroath:
Traveling north from the centre of Arbroath on the A92 (signposted Arbroath/Monifieth/Carnoustie), continue on road on the northern edge of Arbroath (sign posted Montrose) and turn right into the development clearly marked on the side of the A92.
