The Location

Located half a mile from the centre of Upton in the northern part of the Wirral, Upton Pines will provide its residents with an excellent range of advantages.

Living Life

A short walk away there’s an excellent variety of shops and a Sainsbury’s superstore, as well as good primary and secondary schools and excellent sports facilities. Yet the pleasures of the countryside are close at hand, including Upton Meadow Millennium Wood, an ancient forest and wildlife site with footpaths and a bridleway.

The village is central to a wide range of destinations. To the north Birkenhead is four miles away, while the River Dee is four miles south, and the Irish Sea laps the shore just two miles distant. Commuting is fast and simple.

Education

There is an extensive range of excellent schools, both state and private, at infant, primary and secondary levels, including Upton Junior School and Upton High.

Transport links

Transport links are excellent. Joining the M53 motorway at Upton, you can soon be in the heart of Liverpool or Chester. Alternatively, you might prefer to take the ferry across the Mersey.
