Earl’s Green is a great development for families

I love the seaside location, it’s one of the reasons I moved here
I knew the area because I used to travel down this way quite a lot. The sea is less than a 10 minute walk away and I go there quite often. The cycle path at the end of the development takes you onto the beach front cycle path which my family and I use quite regularly.

Earl’s Green has been well landscaped
There’s a lot of planting on the development which looks attractive and it’s been done quite well. We love the space and the attention to detail in the communal areas. There’s good space at the front of the properties and there’s good attention to detail with the stone wall style construction. Where we are on the development is pretty enclosed and it’s monoblocked so right away people see it as a kind of driveway. It means that everyone is very careful when they drive in and out and which is helpful when we’re on our bicycles.

I would definitely recommend Stewart Milne Homes because...
...the quality of the finish is very good. The service has been good as well and they’ve been very receptive to any snags that we’ve had. We’ve had a relatively pain free experience.
