New Sales Manager Keen To Build On Housebuilder's Scottish Success
Stewart Milne Home’s new sales manager is keen to establish the company as a strong contender in the North West property market and follow in the footsteps of its Scottish division. Rachel MacCutchan joins the award-winning housebuilder’s Manchester-based North West division and is determined to see sales in the region mirror the company’s phenomenal achievements in Scotland. With more than 16-years experience in the industry in the North West of England and North Wales, Rachel, 34, certainly has the skills to achieve her ambition. She said: “Although Stewart Milne is new to the region, we have the strong backing of a well-established Scottish-based division. “It is a forward-thinking company that has already developed the Sigma home, the UK’s first five-star-rated low carbon house, ten years ahead of Government targets, and is the UK's leading provider of timber system solutions to the housebuilding and commercial sectors. “Despite the current housing market posing some difficulties for housebuilders, our developments in the North West of England are still proving desirable for homebuyers. “Our stunning conversion of Trencherfield Mill, in Wigan, stands out for me for its beautiful period features, high ceilings, tall windows, and the fact that this iconic building will eventually form the centrepiece for a vibrant urban village close to the heart of the town.” Prior to joining the team at Stewart Milne, Rachel, from Chester, was sales manager for Elite Homes for three years and a field sales manager for Bellway Homes for six years. She began her career as a sales consultant for a North Wales based new homes builder She added: “My aim is to help this division become one of the most successful house builders in the region.
